About project
The (appx.) 150 successfully delivered duplex villas in MDA approved integrated colony offers excellent connectivity to any place in town. The villas are independent and expandable located on free hold land in prime location of Ganganagar Area in Meerut. Launnched in 2007, the villas appreciated to 3 times its ccst within 4 years of launch. All the villas were delivered on time and possession was given before due dates. The colony is 90% occupied with Gate and RWA. With big central lawn the villas are set amongst green and open sorroundings.
